Enzo Rubino, Italian restauranteur, was the former owner of the famous Long Island Italian restaurant San Remo, which was given three stars by the New York Times and Long Island Newsday newspaper. Enzo moved to Florida in 1995 and managed - for ten years - a prestigious Italian restaurant in downtown Boca Raton
In 2005 together with Chef Ciro pursued a new adventure and opened Positano Restaurant, an intimate Italian restaurant, which quickly became the talk of the town. Ciro learned to cook Italian food while working at the most prestiguous hotel on the island of Capri.
